Daina Puodziunas (pronounced Dinah) is 57 and has been working in the field of women’s empowerment her entire life as a duola, childbirth educator, life coach, and ceremonial/retreat leader. Daina has a BA in education, has been trained by Debbie Ford as a Shadow Integration Coach, is a member of IAC (International Association of Coaches), and is an Advanced Toastmaster.
Her online work involves helping midlife women who are feeling stuck, selfish, or scared when it’s time for them to begin focusing on themselves. She created the Online School of Re~Enchantment where she teaches The Four Gateways To Re-Enchantment(tm) in the form of tele-classes to help them expand their capacity for joy and connect with their inner wise woman to move past their blocks at Mid life Fairy Godmothers
Her business is Awakened Potentials. She lives on 40 acres on a private lake 35 miles NE of Grand Rapids, Michigan where she facilitates Women’s Wisdom Retreats and has a fully equipped camper for women to come and experience the peace and solitude that they often long for.
Daina has been through countless struggles during much of her adult life including divorce, single parenting, chronic health issues which she healed from integrating her mind, body, and spirit. This enables her to be able to connect with women from many backgrounds and walks of life. She has a natural, easy going, warm yet strong presence. She also has a great sense of humor which she feels has been one of her greatest personal gifts.
